CULTIVAR: 100% Shiraz
VINIFICATION:
Cool grapes were pressed and the juice clarified. It fermented cold with added yeast. No malolactic fermentation was allowed. No wood maturation.
The wine was bottled young to preserve its freshness.

Refreshing, clean and vibrant, our Rosé displays flavours of strawberries and raspberries. It has a long fresh and fruity finish.
The wine is best enjoyed with pasta, many types of seafood, chicken dishes and salads.
