A deep, unique wine with intense notes of raspberry and black berry flavours. Well structured, yet elegant and soft with lingering notes of juicy fruit and harmoniously balanced oak. The wine is a true reflection of South African Pinotage.

Fermented on the skins until dry in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation done in oak barrels.

Treated with medium toast oak chips for 4-6 months.

Enjoy with beef, stews or rich seafood dishes.
