Appearance

Bright and brilliant, pale straw in colour with a white hue.

Nose

Explosive and mouthwatering tropical fruit entry – a cocktail of ripe guava, freshly cut grapefruit and sweet pineapple. Secondary nuances of lemongrass and mandarin. Crushed stone flintiness completes the true Sauvignon Blanc character.

Palate

Light, lively and fresh with more-ish, mouth filling flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit.  Lemon grass and herbaceous notes follow on to the palate, ending in a ripe, lingering, mineral-textured finish.

Ready now or within the next 2-3 years.
