CHENIN BLANC SAUVIGNON BLANC

South Africa, a country filled with beautiful nature, beaches,  and sunshine.  Vineyards overlooking the secluded area of the Atlantic ocean, famed for its gentle waves, inspire the laid-back style of Lazy Bay wines.

The Lazy Bay wines aspires to be easy-drinking wines, with emphasis of great fruit expression and smooth tannins.

VINTAGE:        2022

VINIFICATION:

These perfectly ripe grapes were gently pressed to avoid any harsh phenols. After settling, the juice was then racked, fermented at cool temperatures and left on the fine lees to enhance depth of flavour.

TASTING NOTES:

Fresh fruit driven style Chenin Blanc with aromas of apple and tropical fruits.  A crisp palate with a lingering finish.

SERVING:

Serve chilled at 8-10 °C. Very enjoyable with wood fired pizzas,  picnics and lazy lunchtime gatherings.
