P Stellenbosch Pinotage 2021

Description

Older Bush Vines were harvested from a vineyard planted on decomposed granite, which both gives this wine its generosity and freshness. We do two pump-overs per day during fermentation and the wine was aged for a year in 10% French and the balance older oak. Strawberries, raspberries, chocolate and dense fruit fill the nose and repeats on a soft tannin and generous palate.
